Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Trainer to provide field training and maintain Customer Service
  • Ensure all BA adhere by guidelines inclusive of grooming, operations and customer service procedures
  • Responsible for Customer Service Satisfaction levels, manage and reply Customer Service issue (complaints & operational issues) on social media and via general enquiry
  • Management of Retail Team, to ensure smooth operations and proper management of floor staff
  • Recruitment of BA
  • Monitor of annual and monthly sales target by counter
  • Review of counter and warehouse inventory level to maintain healthy turnover of stocks
  • Ensure accuracy in counter stock and return quantity
  • Management of operational issues such as maintenance of VMD, systems etc
  • Set-up of new boutiques and counters inclusive of arrangement of logistics (POS/printers, etc)
  • Ensure communication materials prepared by marketing are timely put up at all counters
  • Involved in atriums and animations set-up
  • Weekly analysis and allocation of stocks to all doors
  • Be on ground during events, workshops and atrium shows to set-up and prepare as well as to motivate and drive sales with frontline staff
  • Ensure marketing efforts are well executed and understood by BA
  • Share ideas and contribute to trade activities and provide feedback on marketing activities
  • Propose and discuss promotion mechanics with BM and ensure proper down line communication
  • Build rapport with floor staff
  • Regular sales analysis, reporting and projection

Requirements

  • Min 4 years of retail sales experience, Beauty Industry is a PLUS
  • A strong team player and independent worker with good interpersonal skills
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to guide
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Proactive with integrity
  • Must thrive on challenging dynamic environment and be able to make things happen
  • High energy with positive ‘can do’ attitude, and result driven
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
