Responsibilities

  • Support and coordinate the education administrative and logistic functions, make travel and hotel arrangements, manage education department calendars and files, and respond to the regional team inquiries.
  • Perform a broad range of administrative duties to support the education department.
  • Review all correspondence in timely manner and compose routine responses accordingly in the absence of education managers.
  • Be the main point of contact to external parties (e.g. suppliers, travel agents, hotels) as per required.
  • Support and schedule meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements, etc.
  • Provide regular status updates on the education ongoing projects.
  • Process invoices for all markets in SAP system as per required.
  • Administration and maintenance of training inventory, materials and products.
  • Provides Logistic support for the Education team. 
  • Perform consolidation of orders and distribution of education materials as needed.
  • Coordinate the Travel Retail APAC Education orders in Global Marketing Website (GMW).
  • Coordinate rooms for meetings, seminar functions or training events in APAC when required.
  • Responsible for the distribution and maintenance of all Travel Retail APAC Beauty Advisors in the global online training platform (ELX), uniforms and grooming materials, and other relevant offerings.
  • Foster good relations and open communication with the Regional Travel Retail teams and Affiliates.
  • Liaise with the vendors / suppliers to ensure all education materials are completed and deliver on time to APAC regions respectively.
  • Coordinate and provide support in the annual Travel Retail APAC Brand Education Meetings (for Beauty Advisors) for each respective TR APAC regions.

 

 

Requirements

  • Advanced Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Possess initiative and good judgement.
  • Possess discretion in handling confidential information.
