Responsibilities

  • Handle telephone and walk-in enquiries
  • Attend to samples request and goods return
  • Generate invoicesand coordinate delivery with Operations Department
  • Basic filing and mailing duties

Requirements

  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ levels with 1 year of admin experience
  • PC literate
  • Service oriented and a team player
  • Able to communicate with both English and Mandarin speaking guests
     

Malaysian, SPR or Singaporean
