Responsibilities

Retail Activation for Key Launches and Special Events (70%)

  • Work closely with Regional Marketing Manager to plan and execute “retail-tainment” for major product launches, creating a holistic and experiential shopping environment for TR consumers.
  • Establish and communicate event brief and guidelines with agencies and ensure timely deliverables up to execution.
  • Infusing Brand’s creative assets with a consumer-centric mindset, and to project manage with all internal stakeholders/agencies/retailer, in terms of aligning content and support elements for each activation.
  • Oversee project tracker to reinforce and maintain Brand’s standards and consistencies across TR APAC.
  • Support in-market teams in terms of launch package communications, setup and mechanics to drive consumer engagement
  • Assist Regional Marketing Manager in managing Retailer’s Exclusive Programs in terms of planning and execution

Ongoing In-store Communications (30%)

  • Coordinate all elements of the in-store collaterals into one comprehensive communication package to the field
  • Work closely with Store Design and Visual Merchandising team to share inputs from marketing perspective, to ensure a more cohesive executive in-store (digital screen planning and planogramming
  • Work closely with Product Marketing to ensure all in-store communication collaterals are strongly implemented (Eg. GWP call-outs and video contents)
  • Manage the Brand’s Promo Reserves to ensure operational efficiencies
  • Oversee operational processes required to deliver the collaterals on-time to in-market teams including orders and final deliverables.
  • Support with competitive analysis to identify gaps and opportunities.
  • Leverage on these insights to plan and execute recommended action plans that will improve our event activations and in-store updates
  • Work on a variety of special projects as necessary (Competitive Studies, Sales Conference)

 

Requirements

  • Min Degree, preferably in Business/Marketing
  • Minimum of 2 years working experience in Marketing is a Plus
  • Passion for beauty and trend savvy (beauty/fashion brands)
  • Experience in trade and special events marketing is preferred and in Travel Retail is an added advantage.
  • Position requires a flexible, independent, meticulous, well-organized individual.
  • Candidate must demonstrate strong interpersonal skills to collaborate and to drive both internal/external stakeholders for operational efficiencies to achieve excellence in execution.
  • Candidate should also demonstrate the ability to handle multiple projects in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Essential computer skills – PowerPoint, Word, Excel. Working knowledge of SAP and Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator/InDesign
