Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with warehouse & operations on delivery schedule, order processing and stock allocation.
• Coordination with various department to support the daily logistics and distribution operations.
• Attend to store enquiries pertaining to the local deliveries and stock issues
• Daily Order fulfillment and inventory management with SAP. (Processing, Monitoring and Expediting)
• Liaise heavily with 3PL to ensure that delivery schedule is out timely.
• Investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies to synchronize inventories between system and physical stock.
• Analyze the data mine of sales & purchase or related data effectively to achieve optimized allocation at store level.
• Work closely with Trade Marketing team/Stores in regard to stock return (testers, damage goods, aging stocks, etc)
• Inform Sales / Stores on DC products 3 months ahead
• Ensure the proper maintenance of master data.
• Collate and generate monthly inventory report

Requirements

• Min 2 years of work experience with similar role
• Experience in FMCG industry with supply chain management is a Plus
• The ability to deliver quality work at the tight deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and SAP
• Positive work attitude and able to work under pressure
• Self-driven, organized and able to work long hour when required
• Analytical, take initiatives and ownership, process oriented
