Responsibilities
- Ensure customer service procedures, policies and standards are kept.
- Ensure team satisfies customer needs
- Help to develop and coach customer service team
- Collecting, analyzing data to determine the level of service provided and propose improvements
- Identifying and solving customer service related issues across the supply chain with key stakeholders
- Leading or supervising the customer service team, learning about the business needs, keep up to date to changes and keeping ahead of developments in customer service
- Set cut offs and deadlines with stakeholders are complied.
- GRNs are completed by Warehouse on a timely manner, both invoice rejection and negotiated returns (RGR report)
- All credit notes are completed on time
- Any risk on sales budget to be appropriately informed to business controllers
- Purging and A/R issues are cleared on a timely manner
- Service Level Reports analyzed and issues sorted out with key stakeholders to improve whenever possible.
- Monthly KPIs duly updated on time.
Requirements
- 3-5 Years experience needed
- Strong knowledge of SAP
- Proficient with MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Excellent client and customer service skills
- Independent, mature & business-oriented with minimum supervision and guidance
- Team player with a strong sense of responsibility for completing duties timely
- Ability to take initiative and follow through all tasks.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines in time sensitive situations while maintaining a professional demeanor
- Ability to handle small or complex projects, build an organized project plan and execute effectively
- Ability to thoroughly collaborate with all levels and effectively communicate
