Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to all business units
• Responsible for the management of contract renewals with existing customers
• Responsible for communicating with the sales/account management teams as well as the customer that they are up for a renewal
• Assist in ad-hoc project and perform any other duties that is assigned from time to time by the Manager

Requirements

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Levels or Diploma holder
• Highly resourceful and enjoy challenges with a positive and astute problem-solving mindset
• Meticulous and exercises a high level of discretion when dealing with confidential information
• Self-motivated team player with proven multi-tasking abilities
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Able to work independently and adapt to a fast paced environment
• Able to start work immediately or in short notice is a Plus
