Responsibilities

  • Maintain all online channels to be accurate and brand compliant according to company standards.
  • Evaluate the performance of our online channels and give suggestions for how to promote and improve the presence of the brand on the web, with the intention of increasing sales
  • Identifying and evaluating new marketing opportunities to increase direct internet traffic as well as monitoring the online presence as well as online marketing activities of immediate competitors
  • Plan marketing mechanics every month and for every campaign
  • Manage consumer’s enquiries on Brand social media platform via Live Chat and Q&A function
  • Updating & management of site content for each of the ecommerce platforms
  • Monitor stock inventory to ensure healthy stock levels at all stock points
  • Work with Sales Team to ensure achievement of overall sales target
  • Plan digital marketing campaigns and work with Marketing team where relevant for execution
  • Work closely with Marketing team to ensure synergy of brand
  • Work closely with Marketing Team for creation of localised content for social media and to create content for social-commerce sites
  • Design artwork for sets and banners etc for use on e-commerce site
  • Drive quality traffic to ecommerce sites to ensure conversions and sales
  • Hands-on approach to executing and monitoring all search, social and display campaigns; build and own campaigns in line with marketing goals, optimize performance towards KPIs and analyze data and market trends
  • Prepare and manage digital marketing budget
  • Create and optimise content for livestreaming accounts such as Facebook Live, Instagram Stories and ecommerce apps
  • Track and analyse traffic flow and provide regular internal reports
  • Weekly marketplace analysis, trade partnering, negotiation for campaigns & exposure
  • Attain key performance indicators such as reducing the website bounce rate, increasing dwell time or improving conversion
  • Identify new trends in digital marketing, evaluate new technologies and ensure the brand is at the forefront of industry developments, consolidate competitor’s info
  • Work closely with RHQ/ HQ and TM on planning
  • Process invoices and raise consultation reports in relation to ecommerce activities

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in digital media / new media / web development / marketing or related field
  • Min 2 years in social community engagement
  • Experience in managing market place or e-commerce sites preferred
  • Google Adwords, Google analytics certification is a plus
  • Proven sales track record
  • Possess strong experience in copywriting and editing
  • Possess excellent communication skills
  • Up to date with latest technology developments on social media platforms
