Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all food prepping as assigned by Café Manager, Café Supervisor or Station Chef
• Food preparations include weighing, measuring, and mixing ingredients, cooking meals, checking ingredients for freshness and arranging and garnishing the dishes.
• Also in charge of ensuring the kitchen and equipment are properly cleaned and maintained.
• Responsible for making sure dishware and utensils are washed clean
• Must also keep the back room clean at all times
• Clear the garbage and hazardous clutter.
• Taking delivery of supplies and store them accordingly.
  
• Performing daily and weekly general cleaning of the premise as assigned by Café Manager or Café Supervisor.
• Perform weekly and monthly maintenance of all Equipment as assigned by Café Manager or Café Supervisor.
  

Requirements

• With a heart to serve and enjoy working in a Food and Beverage environment.
• With Food and Beverage experience has an added advantage.
• Have attended Basic Food Hygiene Course is a Plus
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently
