Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Ensure that clients observe rules and expectations
• Shelter operations, inspection, simple maintenance and housekeeping and repair works
• Operations and maintenance tasks
• Prepare regular shelter related reports
• Support case managers to liaise with residents
• Assist in shelter programs
• Oversee shelter premise
• Assist in the monitoring of safety and health standards
• Provide logistics support for the effective functioning of shelter 

Requirements

• Knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook
• Pleasant and good interpersonal skills
• Strong sense of compassion 
• Able to handle people in a firm but polite manner
• Working with family and individuals
• Physically fit for general work

- 4 Days Workweek - 12 Hours per shift 

- Live-in option are available
