Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Attended to walk in customers and proactively maintaining good customer services.
• Manage the sales process from attending to walk in customers in gallery sales to closure and completion of customer orders.
• Coordinating with warehouse to ensure timely delivery of customers’ order.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure strategy alignment to achieve company objectives.

Requirements

• Good communication and interaction skills.
• Friendly personality and enthusiasm towards the product offerings.
• Independent, confident and self-motivated with good sales and servicing aptitude
• Results-oriented with a customer service mindset along with excellent client relationship-building skills
• Experience in home furnishing industry will be added advantage but not required as training will be provided on the job.
