Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of Retail Associate
• Generate sales in the boutique through cross selling and linking sales techniques
• Provide after-sales service to customers
• Manage stock inventory

Requirements

• Min 'O' level, Diploma holder and above
• At least 3 years of experience in the retail industry (Luxury Brands) with 2 years of supervisory experience
• Knowledge of Watch & Fine Jewellery is an advantage
• Well groomed and with a pleasant disposition
• Results-driven and sales-oriented
• Excellent customer service skills
• Able to coach and motivate a team
• Open to Singaporean and PR only
