Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Provide full spectrum of administrative support to all business units
• Responsible for the management of renewals with existing customers
• Ensure Monthly renewals are processed accurately and timely
• Work with Customer Service and Finance department to ensure renewals entries are processed accurately and recorded timely
• Issuing Tax receipts for all renewals processed
• Answering questions about renewals, complete renewals and responding to any concerns a customer may have.
• Assist in ad-hoc project and perform any other duties that is assigned from time to time by the Manager

Requirements

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Levels or Diploma holder
• Highly resourceful and enjoy challenges with a positive and astute problem-solving mindset
• Meticulous, Self-motivated team player with proven multi-tasking abilities
• Able to work independently and adapt to a fast paced environment
• Experience with Microsoft office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Excellent data entry skills to quickly and accurately review and input data
• Superior phone etiquette and ability to deal effectively with internal or external customers, peers and management
• Reliability and good problem solving skills
• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of products, pricing and services offered
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy is needed
• Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Excel
• Able to negotiate well with the customers/clients both internal and external
