Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Handle daily shop operations
• Execute expectations to drive sales, provide excellence consumer experience and/or exceed sales and service goals
• Ensure customer needs are met to brand standards.
• Ensure complaints are resolved and service is quick and efficient
• Maintain awareness of consumer trends in retail industry and full knowledge
• Ensure all products and display are merchandised effectively to maximize sales and profitability
• Drive online sales via participating in social selling activities (e.g. Live streaming, social media)
• Inventory management - Conduct monthly stock checks and maintain accurate stock records

Requirements

• Min 1 year in retail industry. 
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Ability to work independently, be proactive, and adapt to a fast working environment
