Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Support the BD scoping for the territories of focus.
• Desk research, site visits, analysis of information, liaison with relevant external service providers as well as business partners, etc.
• Support BD team with preparation and production of project papers (seeking approvals with the board of directors.
• Supporting timely, complete Tender and/ or Pitch Proposal submissions for projects.
• Maintaining relevant databases for BD support (pipelines, unit databases, etc)
• Supporting BD meetings as well as producing succinct meeting minutes.
• Preparing lower value business cases (includes analysis of commercial and financial information).
• Supporting Brand/ Commercial relevant tasks (keeping abreast of F&B trends, reports, new brand potentials etc).
• Supporting (and/ or managing) complete project cycles including organizing the project retro-planning, coordinating and scheduling meetings and deliverables.

Requirements

• Min Diploma 
• Min 5 years of work experience in  Business Development, Projects preferably in F&B industry or travel retail industry
• Prior experience in other Asia Pacific locations will be a Plus
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, self-starter, energetic, reasonable level of analytical skills and a good team player
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with friendly personality
