Responsibilities

  • Manage, nurture and convert inbound leads into sales opportunities
  • Identify strong potential prospects using initiative and creativity, to generate outbound lead opportunities
  • Assess and analyse a prospects current process and requirements
  • Provide engaging and articulate information about Company’s value proposition to potential customers
  • Maintain well organised, up-to-date and accurate sales information and activity reports in Salesforce CRM system
  • Demonstrates ability to interact professionally with potential customers via phone, email, telephone conferencing, webinars and face to face, to discover their business needs and develop a positive business relationship
  • Proficient in the use of social media tools like LinkedIn, Twitter, SEO optimisation
  • Handle incoming calls and correspondence, alerting reps to any urgent issues, update reps on order status and delivery details
  • Responsible for processing orders by telephone or email 
  • Arrange appointments for the sales team and supply any presentation or product information that reps need for meetings
  • Prepare/Process Delivery Order, Vendor Registration Application, Non-Disclosure Agreement, and any other documentation required.
  • Interact with customers on verification process as well as Resellers and Partner to identify and resolve technical issues
  • Provide first level Technical Support via phone and email for Secure Socket Layer (SSL) certificates
  • Coordinate with and escalate highly technical issues to the Service Delivery Team and/or Partner if necessary
  • Support Manager in the area of servicing existing customers and maintaining good relationships

 

Requirements

  • Min Diploma 
  • Experience of B-to-B sales, preferably in IT solutions
  • Experience of working collaboratively in a combined sales & marketing team
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding personal sales targets
  • Has highly developed all round interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, networking and negotiation skills.
  • Competent IT skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, google programs and social networking tools
