Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Execute order processing, delivery and returns of customers’ orders across e-commerce platforms & marketplaces (Lazada, Shopee, Brand store and etc.)
• Handle returns and exchanges
• Respond to post sales from Lazada, Shopee and Brand stores claims and disputes
• Manage service quality and customer satisfaction
• Work with logistic team to ensure orders pick up/ deliver on time.
• Monitor & manage inventory level to ensure healthy stock levels to meet sales forecast
• Manage product listings and promotions and ensure all information are accurate on the platforms
• Contribute to the execution of marketing campaigns
• Administrative work: submission of budget purchase requisition and invoice to finance department/Update and maintain Ecommerce marketing budget

Requirements

• Min Polytechnic Diploma in Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain or equivalent, preferred
• Min 1 year experience in E-Commerce Operations, Warehousing and related functions
• Proficient in MS-Excel and SAP is an advantage
• Organized, meticulous, assertive and good numerical skills
