Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Assist to drive restaurant sales to achieve sales target
• Assist in supervising crews, assigning duties to ensure daily smooth and efficient workflows
• Monitoring team attendance, performance and ensuring duties are performed efficiently
• Training new and current team members on tasks
• Stock levels checking and do ordering
• Ensure that all team members are adhere to company rules and regulations
• Work with team to deliver an excellent food quality and customer service
• Always make sure that the kitchen and dining area are cleaned and sanitized thoroughly
• Ensuring compliance with company policies, health, and safety standards

Requirements

• Min 2 years experience
• Previous experience as a Shift Leader or in a similar role will be an advantage
• Proficiency in Point of sale (POS) software and inventory software
• Good organisation skills
• Team player
