Responsibilities

  • Prepare and process lease documents
  • Create lease records in SAP
  • Process cheque payments including entries in SAP
  • Liaise with various departments on lease-related matters
  • Prepare advertisement schedule, marketing materials and leasing reports
  • Handle general office administration duties
  • Any other duties assigned

Requirements

  • Min GCE O Level
  • Minimum of 3 years of secretarial and/or administrative experience
  • Highly computer literate and very familiar with MS Office, MS word, Excel and Power Point
  • Knowledge of SAP preferred
  • Good written and oral communication skills is essential
  • Meticulous, resourceful, disciplined and with good initiative
  • Good organizational skills, mature and able to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
  • Good team player and able to work independently
