Responsibilities

• Overseeing the daily operations and member experience at the coworking space.
• Managing a team of Community Leads and Community Associates
• Ensuring exceptional customer service
• Developing and implementing strategies to improve member satisfaction and retention.
• Maximising revenue through sales and partnerships, and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

Requirements

• Strong leadership with demonstrated management skills and P&L responsibilities
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Experience in hospitality, facilities management and 3rd party procurement
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software programs
