Responsibilities

  • Answer service phone calls, inquiries pertaining to services and meter reading issues
  • Coordinate daily service activities with customer/technicians to resolve issues and complaints
  • Escalating service support issue when required, and follow up on calls
  • Review, verify and updating of completed jobs such as technical and general service
  • Prepare quotation for parts / maintenance contract / Credit Note / Debit note / Letter
  • Uploading of meter reading and generation of Meter Reading Report.

Requirements

  • Min 2 years of customer service experience in call center.
  • Proficient in MS office applications, especially Excel formula & pivot table.
  • Candidate with experience in SAP System is preferred.
  • Good project management skills with strong communication skills.
  • Customer centric mentality, comfortable handling customers’ calls and emails.
  • Excellent skills in time management to be able to meet deadlines and pressure and to perform multiple tasks concurrently.
