Responsibilities
- Provide technical, debug assistance for local and export market
- Handle product, technical, warranty, and spare parts enquiries from end consumers, distributors, and e-commerce platform
- Monitor, consolidate findings, and report quality issues and abnormal defects to factories
- Liaise with warehouse, distributors, and factories pertaining to service matters
- Create training material, technical procedure, service manual and part guide for both local and oversea distributors
- Provide product support and technical training to Service Centres
- Apply and renew safety application for all products
- Application and renewal when necessary
- Assist overseas distributors adhere to SOPs set forth by HQ
- Generation and preparation of service cost report
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Engineering or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of experience of experience in consumer electronics after sales management industry
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Customer Service oriented
- Good interpersonal, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
- Strong analytical skills - demonstrate a logical thought process, meeting customer demands and expectations
- Able to perform under pressure and without supervision
- Actively lead and participate in process/system improvements, identify areas for continual improvement and business process re-engineering
