Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Provide technical, debug assistance for local and export market
• Handle product, technical, warranty, and spare parts enquiries from end consumers, distributors, and e-commerce platform
• Monitor, consolidate findings, and report quality issues and abnormal defects to factories
• Liaise with warehouse, distributors, and factories pertaining to service matters
• Create training material, technical procedure, service manual and part guide for both local and oversea distributors
• Provide product support and technical training to Service Centres
• Apply and renew safety application for all products
• Application and renewal when necessary
• Assist overseas distributors adhere to SOPs set forth by HQ
• Generation and preparation of service cost report

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Engineering or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of experience of experience in consumer electronics after sales management industry
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Customer Service oriented
• Good interpersonal, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
• Strong analytical skills - demonstrate a logical thought process, meeting customer demands and expectations
• Able to perform under pressure and without supervision
• Actively lead and participate in process/system improvements, identify areas for continual improvement and business process re-engineering
