Responsibilities
- Market retail spaces and assist in selecting the trade-mix that complement the brand positioning of the Mall
- Analysis of tenants’ GTO and mall traffic and submit relevant reports
- Fulfils the target customers’ shopping requirements
- Assist in rental budgeting and delivering on rental targets
- Collate market intelligence
- Negotiate leases and ensure all lease documentation is executed on a timely basis
- Manage tenant relationship
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing/Real Estate/Economics/Business or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in leasing retail space, preferably with a retail mall developer or property consultancy firm
- Good command of both written and oral English
- Effectively bilingual and conversant in Mandarin
- Effective organisational, creative thinking, interpersonal, leadership and negotiation skills
