Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Market retail spaces and assist in selecting the trade-mix that complement the brand positioning of the Mall
• Analysis of tenants’ GTO and mall traffic and submit relevant reports
• Fulfils the target customers’ shopping requirements
• Assist in rental budgeting and delivering on rental targets
• Collate market intelligence
• Negotiate leases and ensure all lease documentation is executed on a timely basis
• Manage tenant relationship

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing/Real Estate/Economics/Business or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in leasing retail space, preferably with a retail mall developer or property consultancy firm
• Good command of both written and oral English
• Effectively bilingual and conversant in Mandarin
• Effective organisational, creative thinking, interpersonal, leadership and negotiation skills
