Responsibilities

• Carry out routine maintenance of building and premises
• Attend to mechanical and electrical breakdown of the building
• Co-ordinate building’s repair and maintenance works with contractors and vendors

Requirements

• NTC / Diploma in Engineering/Building Services/Facilities Management
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Building Maintenance / Estate Management
• Knowledge of Fire Safety Management
