Job Summary

Responsibilities

• To contribute to the quality of Account Receivables as per global compliance.
• Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve high level of timely communications and ensure A/R KPIs are met.
• Maintain customer and pricing masters in system
• Manage, review, approve, recommend credit, credit extension and credit limit adjustments.
• Ensure all credit and collection activities are in accordance to Global compliance.
• Manage all credit and collections activities, administrating credit holds, having daily contact with customers to ensure payment due are made in accordance to agreed terms and conditions.
• Assist in solving invoicing disputes by interfacing with Customer Support Departments and other Departments.
• Indentify emerging risks/trends and work out with stakeholders to mitigaqte those risks/issues.
• General development and further improvement of procedure and policies.
• Assist in any ad hoc analysis, reports and tasks.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma Holder
• In depth knowledge of MS-Excel
• 1 to 2 years relevant experience in credit environment
• Good analytical skills
• Able to combine commercial issue with financial expertise
• Good written and spoken English
• Flexible and hands on mentality, persistent and accurate
• Attention to details
